If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at hello@scratchtreats.com and we will make it right. No hoops, no hassle.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of your request. You do not need to return the product.

Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders may be cancelled or modified at any time before the next scheduled shipment. To make changes to your subscription, log into your account or contact us at hello@scratchtreats.com.
